Welcome to D6 Dental, providing General and Family Dentistry, Specialist Orthodontics, Implant Dentistry, and Conscious Sedation. Established in Rathgar Road in 1984, the practice has developed a reputation for being a caring and friendly practice, providing the highest standards of oral healthcare.
Dr. Jamie Maguire

General Dentistry, Implants and Sedation
Jamie qualified in 1999 from Cork Dental School, receiving honours in Conservation, Child Dental Health, Orthodontics and Oral Surgery where he received the Colgate Prize for General Dentistry. He took over as practice principal in April 2015 from Dr Tony Connellan.
Prior to his return to Ireland, Jamie spent 10 years working in practices in London and Glasgow, and has also undergone an additional three years general professional training in Newcastle Dental Hospital. He holds post-graduate qualifications in Implant Dentistry and Sedation, awarded by Newcastle University, as well as a post graduate research degree in the use of Mandibular Advancement Splints for the treatment of snoring.
Dr. Muireann O’Donovan

Dr. Muireann O’Donovan is specialist orthodontist since 2010 and provides conventional braces as well as Invisalign.
Muireann takes time to discuss your treatment and options, and has gained a reputation for being a caring orthodontist successfully treating patients of all ages. Muireann practised as a dentist for several years before undertaking her 3 year orthodontic specialty degree.
Following successful completion of her MSc in Orthodontics, she was awarded a Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh in 2010 and is a registered Specialist Orthodontist with the Dental Council of Ireland.
Appointments are available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
